Overview
Participates in analysis, documentation, software support and other support tasks needed to produce reports and maintain information systems while adhering to Clinical Department and Information Technology (IT) standards. Supports clinical software packages from outside vendors while interacting with internal customers. Assists in the solution of operational difficulties encountered in executing clinical application programs. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Associate's Degree: Related Field, Work Experience: Information technology Responsibilities Answers user questions and problem solves/troubleshoots, which requires the ability to work well with people in many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Analyzes and assesses interruptions in normal systems operations. Resolves problems or seeks assistance from the appropriate personnel or vendors, as needed. Assists both internal and external customers in finding solutions to their need for information as it related to the interfacing of disparate applications througout the enterprise, spanning multiple architectures. Creates test plans and performs QA for their and their team's software objects. Act as a liaison with application vendor, document problems, and resolutions. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $27.48per hour - $45.89per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
