About this opportunity: Join Ericsson's PaT (Performance, Analytics, and Transformation) team to work on high-impact projects that drive business performance and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, gain hands-on experience with real-world data, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how Ericsson measures and enhances performance across products, services, and markets.
What you will do:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with product, finance, and operations teams to develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.
- Support the design and implementation of performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Help standardize processes and reporting practices to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects, including market/competitor benchmarking and performance optimization initiatives.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate with mentors to translate insights into concrete next steps.
What you will bring
- Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Active enrollment in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD program at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer term.Practical experience with data analytics fundamentals, visualization tools, and business storytelling.
- Project management, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to Ericsson's core business areas, industry trends, and transformation programs.
- Students pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to explain complex ideas concisely.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
