Senior Program Manager, Executive Communications Initial Length of Assignment: 6 months (now - 3/31/26) Team: The role is on a team that supports nearly the entire company, including technology and revenue. The team is a seven-person comms team within the broader Employee Communications function. Interview Process: 2 interviews video interviews Pay Rate: $54-58/hr depending on location Internal Note: The Communication Program Managers will be responsible for the overall client relationship - they will be the main point of contact for our internal clients (GM and corporate functions), will be the person attending applicable client meetings, ensuring the client's needs are being met, project managing the various projects and deliverables, and leveraging the right resources as needed. The Senior Program Communications Manager will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the clients they support and they will be responsible for implementing our global internal communications strategy to each client, ensuring each communication helps drive the company's goals with a focus on creating a consistent employee communication experience across the organization. They will work with content writers to craft the messaging, production specialists to have the messages delivered and event/logistics to coordinate and manage their events. Overview: In this role, you will own the delivery of employee-facing executive communications. You will help lead the client relationship with senior leaders and ensure best-in-class delivery for employee-facing internal communication campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for implementing the company's internal communications strategy for the client area to ensure all employees at Indeed have the same employee experience, product knowledge and awareness, leveraging one consistent message with client-specific relevancy. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of work, including the coordination of shared and expert resources (content writers, designers, production elements); ensure the timely delivery of materials; and client-specific strategy, solutions and branding needs. The Senior Program Manager, Executive Communication is embedded within the business areas they support as part of their strategic counsel, to manage the day-to-day delivery of communications -- including large-scale projects and ad hoc messages.
