Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance checks to identify issues and ensure proper operation of building systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment, controls, piping, and machinery following safety and quality standards.
• Manage maintenance projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and handle administrative tasks such as parts ordering, vendor management, and documentation.
• Accurately record work in the CMMS, analyze maintenance data, and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers to provide updates on work status and ensure high-quality service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate or degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance roles.
• Valid driver's license, forklift, JLG operator, and Universal CFC certifications required.
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and maintenance software systems (e.g., Building Automation, CMMS).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
