Welder

• Perform high-quality welding operations in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and WPS requirements.
• Fit, tack, and weld sub-assemblies and final assemblies with precision and within standard timeframes.
• Inspect and verify weld quality, making necessary adjustments to meet standards.
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and assist junior welders to develop technical skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Minimum 4 years of welding experience or completion of a welding apprenticeship/program.
• Ability to pass 1G and 6G MIG weld tests; working toward 1G TIG certification.
• Strong knowledge of welding symbols, machine settings, and fabrication requirements.
• Proficient with measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, levels) and basic math for fabrication.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
