Under the direction of the R'Garden Faculty Director, and in consultation with the Office of Sustainability, the R'Garden Manager provides services for the UCR R'Garden. This one-acre farm sits on a central location in the university and serves as a hub for university-level courses, research, service learning and a variety of student-led initiatives. The R'Garden Manager will oversee daily activities of the R'Garden and coordinate activities of student interns.
The full salary range for the Agricultural Technician, Senior is $23.28 - $31.99 per hour. The expected pay scale is up to $25.19 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
