Lead and motivate a union-represented production team to meet daily goals. Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Monitor output quality and resolve production issues quickly. Maintain accurate production records and schedules. Train new team members and manage skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a unionized environment. Strong understanding of assembly processes and production flow. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools. Excellent communication and time management skills. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
