How You'll Contribute:

Champion the security of our cloud-native platform, ensuring deployments meet rigorous federal certification standards. Your deep expertise managing secrets and certificates, authentication and identities. Design and maintain automated security controls will harden our CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments against evolving threats. Join us in driving a security-first culture, where continuous compliance, rapid incident response, and zero-trust principles safeguard the next generation of cloud solutions. You'll work with leading software packages like Datadog to identify vulnerabilities at the early stages.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and maintain the security controls needed for federal certification across all cloud platform deployments.
• Enforce compliance in AWS, Azure, GCP, and other providers for multi-regional, international, and onshore environments.
• Oversee continuous vulnerability management, intrusion detection, and security-posture monitoring.
• Lead cloud incident response, forensic analysis, and post-incident remediation.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Dev Ops roles, 2+ years securing multi-cloud production workloads to federal standards.
• Expertise with the HashiCorp security stack and policy-as-code tooling.
• Expertise with identity & access management using Auth0 (OIDC/SAML) and least-privilege IAM across cloud providers.
• Experience building and maintaining automated security gates in CI/CD pipelines including secure container registries and image distribution.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with zero-trust networking and service-mesh security.
• Experience with continuous compliance reporting.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CKS, or AWS Security Specialty.
