**What You'll Do:**

You will be at the heart of content creation, transforming brand strategies into compelling social narratives. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners, gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies and the latest digital innovations. You'll ensure a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels, helping to cultivate strong social presence.

* Content Creation & Strategy (90%):

* Develop and produce thumb-stopping content that captivates diverse audiences across major social platforms.

* Design compelling static graphics and edit dynamic short-form videos, adhering to brand guidelines and leveraging current social trends.

* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external agency partners to align content with overarching brand strategies and campaign objectives.

* Continuously monitor social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform and evolve content strategy.

* Support the development of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs to empower broader content initiatives.

* Community Engagement (10%):

* Actively monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using advanced social media management tools.

* Craft timely and brand-appropriate responses to key comments and messages, fostering positive interactions.

* Proactively identify and flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to relevant internal teams.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation.

* Strong graphic design and video editing skills, utilizing industry-standard tools.

* A compelling portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact.

* A deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.

* Experience with social media management tools.

* Excellent copywriting and communication skills, capable of crafting engaging and brand-appropriate messages.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in community management.

* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

**Working Conditions:**
