Your Impact We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring operational efficiency across revenue operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong analytical skills and business acumen to manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, deal modeling, and production oversight.

What the Role Offers

  • Manage the annual budgeting process, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on revenue and expense targets.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to provide accurate and actionable financial insights.
  • Track actual performance against forecast and plan, identifying key drivers of variances.
  • Forecast and monitor renewals, ensuring predictability and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze deal and program profitability models to support pricing, margin analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee inventory and production tracking, ensuring alignment with financial plans and business needs.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support executive decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Revenue Operations, or related fields.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
  • Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to assume non-routine tasks, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with strong follow-through.
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency; comfort with financial modeling and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to adapt and reprioritize as business needs evolve.
  • Assertive, confident, and comfortable collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $66,850 - $109,825; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
