Travel-Based | Multi-Site Clinic Leadership | 50% Regional Travel

Overview:

We're hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-state network of outpatient dialysis clinics across Massachusetts, Upstate New York, and Connecticut. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, compliance, team development, and strategic growth across 20+ clinics, including both in-center and home dialysis programs.

The region includes urban and rural markets such as Springfield, Schenectady, Malone, and Wallingford. This is a field-based executive leadership role with 50% regional travel and frequent overnight visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 20+ dialysis clinics in MA, NY, and CT
• Support Clinic Managers and Program Directors across both in-center and home dialysis settings
• Build partnerships with nephrologists, hospital systems, and referral providers
• Monitor and improve KPIs, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Manage regional P&L, develop budgets, and implement performance improvement plans
• Engage regularly with Medical Directors to ensure clinical alignment and care quality
• Hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams to drive engagement and results
• Ensure full compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-site healthcare operations
• Dialysis, renal care, or nephrology experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in P&L oversight, quality performance, and compliance
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight stays
