The Executive Assistant, SHE&S reports directly to Nutrien's Senior Vice President, SHE&S and is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the department.

What will you do:



  • Deliver confidential executive administrative assistance direct to the SVP, SHE&S, including managing calendars and emails, organizing travel, generating reports, handling expense management, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP, SHE&S direct reports, enabling smooth departmental operations.
  • Arrange and schedule travel for the SVP and team, including booking airfare, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings involving executive offices, core team members, and business affiliates.
  • Maintain up-to-date calendars and vacation schedules.
  • Manage departmental financial processes, such as budget preparation and tracking, coordinating purchase orders and requisitions, and routing invoices and expenses within and across departments.
  • Assist with logistics planning for large SH&E-wide events, including booking and setting up meeting rooms and arranging amenities such as coffee, lunch, and IT equipment.
  • Navigate and utilize various systems and software, including SharePoint, Oracle, Global Business Travel, and Chrome River.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts and provide support across the SHE&S team, seeking opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Proactively look for ways to enhance efficiency and improve departmental processes.
  • Represent the team in a personable and professional manner in all interactions.



What will you bring:



  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 5+ years in an administrative role supporting executive-level leaders is required.
  • Handle and respect confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential. Skills in SAP, Oracle, Chrome River and SharePoint are preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability in simple analytical and accounting tasks, as well as presentation development in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize large functions and group events.
  • Possess a mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Proven reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to support each member of the team and perform well under pressure.


Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $65,300 - $111,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
