Job Title: Mule Platform & Azure Admin Profile Location(s): Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid) Job Description: Deep experience with MuleSoft platform, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Databases, and system alerting/monitoring tools to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and maintain containerized applications on Azure AKS. Configure and optimize Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or other Azure database services. Implement and manage system alerts, monitoring, and incident response using tools like Azure Monitor, ELK, or Splunk. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure platform reliability and compliance. Automate deployment and scaling processes using CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, cloud infrastructure, and database performance issues. Experience: Strong knowledge of Azure database services (SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana). Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Understanding of cloud security, networking, and IAM in Azure. Excellent analytical and communication skills. MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates). Work Location: Cincinnati/Chicago (hybrid).
