Job Title: SAP Warranty Consultant

Location(s): Newark, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP Warranty Management implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze and map automotive warranty processes to SAP functionalities.
• Configure SAP Warranty Management including claim creation, validation, settlement, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, CS, FI) to ensure seamless integration.
• Work with OEMs and dealers to streamline warranty claim processing and approvals.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and automotive industry trends.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Warranty Management.
• Strong domain knowledge of automotive warranty processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, CS modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to warranty is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
