Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite)

What you will be working on
Business development
- Continuously monitor advancements in healthcare technology, data management, and analytics, advocating for the adoption of emerging trends that deliver strategic value
- Lead efforts to identify and apply emerging technologies and solutions that accelerate process transformation for target customers
- Gather information and develop deep knowledge of customer experience through informal and formal means such as spending time in the field with customers and sales personnel
- Identify changes to solution to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement changes
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, key stakeholder behaviors to identify market opportunities to generate new product ideas
- Act as the SME and lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption through strategic vision and collaboration
Go to market strategy
- Define customer journey and develop communication strategies that are designed for target physicians, administrators, and potential patients
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales collaterals that are effective and appropriate for the target audience
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and advocate for product development adoption
- Partner with Professional Education and Medical Affairs team to enhance KOL relationship and initiate influencer programs as part of promotional strategy
- Partner with Public Affairs to create thought leadership content to elevate the problem and highlight our solution as an available option
Commercial support and tracking
- Work closely with commercial team to develop lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads and ensure follow-up plans from commercial activities
- Coordinate with Commercial Excellence to assess market share performance and adjust tactics accordingly
- Support the commercial teams on day-to-day activities; serve as product experts, assist with troubleshooting, and support demo activities.
- Manage conference activities, create symposia presentations, and build relationships with KOLs to drive customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life science, engineering or related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in medical device space or provider-focused healthcare software
- Has established a successful track record of innovative marketing/business development successes in a variety of market situations.
- Strong people leadership skills with proven track of developing others
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans
- Familiarity with primary and secondary market research and data analysis
- Experience in managing KOLs and KOL programs
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or data interoperability experience in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of successful project management and simultaneous execution of multiple projects
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a teammate in a fast-paced, high-visibility, collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills along with interpersonal skills to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, commercial organization and consumers of the company's products
- Ability to quickly learn technical aspects of the solution and serve as a resource for the field team and customers
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
- Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
- Willing to travel 25-30%
