Primary Function
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner directly with talent acquisition, HR, candidates, business partners, and hiring managers to facilitate and support all phases of the recruiting/hiring/preboarding process. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to grow their career in talent acquisition. In this hybrid role, you will be the cornerstone of our recruiting operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience while also gaining valuable experience in full-cycle recruiting.
