ServiceNow Project Manager/Architect Location: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid) Ellumen is an award-winning IT and professional services company supporting national defense, public health, and secure technology transformation. Ellumen is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager/Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and modules. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with enterprise-level architectural guidance to ensure ServiceNow supports governance, modernization, and IT service delivery objectives across the government enterprise. Responsibilities Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC) and build workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations. Define and enforce platform governance, security controls, and development standards. Lead Agile teams in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, release reviews, and retrospectives. Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions. Serve as the ServiceNow SME for government leadership, translating requirements into solutions and guiding roadmap decisions. Ensure compliance with Section 508, FedRAMP, and DHS IT security policies. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen with active DHS Public Trust clearance (CBP preferred). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 3+ years relevant experience). 7+ years in ServiceNow development/architecture, with 3+ years in a senior architect role. Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations (APIs, web services, MID servers). Strong Agile/Scrum experience and IT service delivery knowledge. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and government stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer; Architect certifications preferred. Experience with DHS or CBP programs. Knowledge of enterprise governance, TRM processes, AI/automation initiatives. Familiarity with Section 508, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
