Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of product development projects across skincare, OTC, and aesthetics within our Project Management team. Reporting into a Program Manager, this role will be responsible for driving day-to-day project planning, cross-functional coordination, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and successful launches.

The ideal candidate will bring proven project management skills, experience working in regulated consumer health or aesthetics categories, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Manage the execution of assigned projects from initiation through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and critical milestones.
  • Proactively manage, monitor and control scope creep, risks, project budgets and schedule health.
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings to align priorities, track progress, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Support regulatory and quality compliance activities related to OTC and skincare products.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution across development and commercialization.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and real-time visibility into project health using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project).
  • Track and report project status to Program Manager and leadership, escalating risks and recommending solutions when needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in skincare, OTC, aesthetics, or other regulated categories.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality frameworks relevant to OTC and skincare product development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects through development, regulatory, and commercial milestones.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
