Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of engineers developing and modernizing web applications
  • Operate autonomously as well as part of a global team based on the scope and the requirements of the programming projects.
  • Ensure all requirements are understood, documented and analyzed appropriately for maximum efficiency in the coding, test and deploy process.
  • Adhere to the Project Life Cycle, development methodology, ITIL, ISO program standards and IT controls for best coding practices, testing, systems acceptance, change control, and security.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverable, effective communication of changes or disruptions to the schedule with a focus on expectation alignment.
  • Utilize new technologies and practices to make our solutions more feature rich and improve our ability to deliver cost effective and time sensitive solutions.
  • Work with manager and peers to proactively suggest areas of improvements and enhancements.
  • Responsible for project software design and contribute to the overall enterprise architecture design.
  • Provide accurate and complete software development estimates for large software projects.
  • Responsible for task management and prioritization of the team, handles workflow coordination and daily supervision.
  • Mentoring junior team members including on boarding, training, and skill assessment.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Preferred Experience

  • Financial, Legal or Digital Print Fulfillment industry knowledge helpful.
  • 7+ years of solid hands-on experience in modern .Net/C# applications development, and modern architecture best practices
  • 7+ years of successful database application development and support with background in SQL databases, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, defining tables and integrity rules.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
