In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect and guardian of our cloud-based Acumatica ERP system, ensuring it runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently across production, test, and development environments. You'll collaborate across departments-Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, and more-to deliver seamless integrations, insightful reporting, and optimized workflows that power our business.

What You'll Do
ERP System Management
- Own the operation and performance of Acumatica's cloud-based environments.
- Lead system upgrades, hotfixes, and release rollouts in partnership with Acumatica support.
- Configure and maintain role-based security, workflows, and business logic.
Integration Leadership
- Manage and support key integrations with ShipHawk(carrier shipping), Acumatica Payments (credit card processing), and Avalara (tax engine).
- Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance automation.
User Enablement & Support
- Be the go-to expert for Acumatica users across the company.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Partner with business units to understand requirements and implement ERP solutions that improve efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build powerful reports and dashboards using Acumatica tools (Generic Inquiry, Report Designer).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Build custom dashboards, KPIs, and financial/operational reporting for leadership teams
Process Optimization & Project Management
- Lead ERP-related projects, including testing, validation, new module deployments and enhancements.
- Recommend and implement new features aligned with Acumatica's roadmap.
- Act as technical project manager and liaison with external partners.
DevOps & Change Control
- Oversee release management, testing, and deployment of updates and customizations.
- Maintain synchronized test environments for accurate validation.
- Automate deployment workflows and enforce change control processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to schedule and communicate releases effectively.
- Document system changes for audit and compliance.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an administrator for an Acumatica ERP system, including managing user accounts, security roles, and system configurations.
- Three to five years of experience utilizing Acumatica reporting tools (Generic Inquiries, Report Designer).
- Solid understanding of business processes in accounting, project accounting, field service, supply chain, and inventory.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Acumatica ERP Certifications (System Administrator, Developer, or Business Consultant).
- Experience with financials, supply chain, and field service modules.
- Project management experience with ERP initiatives.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
