*No C2C* We are launching a strategic initiative to modernize, automate, and manage IT services, operations, and other critical business functions by transitioning to a new, out-of-the-box ServiceNow instance. This effort aligns with industry standards to enhance regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness. As part of this transformation, we are building agile teams to support the ServiceNow platform across the following modules: * IT Asset Management * IT Operations * IT Service Management * Enterprise Service Management * Employee Experience * IT Portfolio Management Work Execution Overview * The program is foundational and may impact numerous use cases. * Engagement with key stakeholders will evolve as dependencies and impacts are identified. * Eight workstreams are in place, each led by a Program Lead responsible for delivery. * Agile crews are aligned to workstream objectives. * The platform will be delivered using a release-based approach. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow's Employee Experience Suite. * Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades align with ITIL standards. * Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Build and maintain employee journeys, case management workflows, and self-service portals. * Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes. * Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools to support seamless employee experiences. * Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices. * Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Provide technical documentation and user training as needed. Required Skills * ServiceNow * ITSM * Employee Experience * API Integration Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following ServiceNow modules is a plus: * IT Asset Management * IT Operations * IT Service Management * Enterprise Service Management * Employee Experience * IT Portfolio Management Experience Level Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
