Salary Range: $41,250 - $55,400

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Assistant AD/Creative Services, the Director of Multimedia will lead a team to develop and execute visual design strategies, managing the creative process from concept to completion while ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Key responsibilities include team leadership and mentorship, developing design concepts and storyboards, client and stakeholder communication, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of all design assets.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any major relevant to graphic design, marketing or communications. At least three (3) years' experience working in sports graphic design or creative content production at the collegiate level or in the television or other mass communication mediums. Has the ability to work well with other constituents within the athletic department.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and managerial skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency and creativity in graphic design, editing, color correction, in particular using the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference and University rules.
