Head of Packaging
Start: immediately in Pleasant Prairie, WI / United States
Permanent position, Full-time The Head of Packaging has overall responsibility of all high-speed packaging line operations across all three shifts. This role will lead, coach, develop, and mentor shift Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly associates in the Packaging department at HARIBO of America's brand new, state-of-the art manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, in the Kenosha/southeastern Wisconsin area while continuing to develop and sustain our people-centric culture. The Head of Packaging, reporting up to the Head of Operations, is responsible for delivering the established goals for productivity, quality, saftey, and has overall responsibility for the Packaging department across all three shifts. This is a first shift position, that will also partner closely with other internal teams and departments including the manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, prior experience with high-speed packaging equipment, a Bachelor's Degree, SAP experience, and prior experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or consumer goods manufacturing. Compensation Target Hiring Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting.
