Job Summary
This position is responsible to manage directly or through delegation: TSMs, activities, and services related to the implementations areas of the company. Ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded at all times. Work toward and assist in the achievement of individual, team, department, and corporate goals.
What you will do
Identify and set goals to improve individual and group productivity to gain efficiency and improve the customer experience Meet key performance indicators, measured through the Net Promoter Score & Customer Satisfaction Ratings Identify process gap and make necessary improvements Assist with development of strategy and implement accordingly Attend senior. management/executive meetings when needed Provide training as needed Ability to lead and coach team members for continuous improvement Provide documentation and appropriate insight regarding team members to manager for any necessary disciplinary action Recognize, provide input, and implement changes for process improvement Participate in Product Release meetings Lead special projects or other duties as assigned Regularly report on key performance indicators Collaborate with other departments to provide business continuity, support and productivity Mentor supervisors and team leaders
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager.
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
- Strong management skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate and develop team members for high performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
- Understand and act on financial information that may contribute to business profitability
- Ability to manage successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams
- Lead team to achieve company goals in effective ways
- Strong planning and organizational skills and techniques
- Communicate effectively with management
- Good negotiation skills.
- Build relationships, understand organizational complexities and manage conflict
- Broad professional and managerial skills with an understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
The posted range for this position is $95,000-110,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
