Job Duties

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Thursday & Sunday: Day Off

Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist

Provides accurate information and effective assistance to customers and couriers, including responding to inquiries, resolving problems, promoting/selling company services, and covering the BSC front counter.

Performs essential administrative and morning sort support functions to ensure efficient station operations, including handling traces, CEBS requests, returned-to-sender (RTS) packages, package delivery troubleshooting, proper cons tag scanning procedures, answering call center phone calls, and dispensing courier supplies and truck keys.

Capable of performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other technology platforms required for daily operations.

Accustomed to performing at high levels in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
