As a Sr. Manager, Sales Recruiting at Snowflake, you will lead and scale a high-performing recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain world-class talent. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company by driving strategic talent acquisition efforts for Americas Sales and SDR functions. This is a high-impact leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, deep expertise in recruiting, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to achieve aggressive hiring goals.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Build, coach, and grow a team of talented recruiters. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, and set clear performance metrics to drive accountability and results.

  • Drive Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet and exceed pipeline and hiring goals. Analyze top-of-funnel metrics and data to optimize recruiting processes and improve efficiency.

  • Partner with Executive Stakeholders: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and executives, providing data-driven insights on market trends, compensation, and competitive landscapes. Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to shape and scale their teams.

  • Manage Complex Searches: Lead and close high-priority and complex searches, demonstrating a proven track record of placing highly sought-after individuals in key roles.

  • Enhance Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and activation processes. Ensure operational processes across the recruiting lifecycle are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with previous experience in a fast-growing, high-technology company.

  • 4+ years of experience directly leading and mentoring a sales recruiting team.

  • Proven success in building, scaling, and managing a high-performing talent acquisition function.

  • Deep understanding of the talent marketplace for go-to-market roles.

  • Exceptional leadership influence, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • A highly analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • A strategic mindset with a sense of urgency, capable of building and executing recruiting strategies for unique hiring territories.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $157,000 - $224,018.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
