We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow of 3rd shift Paint Operations. This role is critical to supporting our production goals, supporting a safe culture, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members.
- Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards.
- Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues.
- Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Enforce company and departmental policies consistently.
- Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts).
- Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 3-5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $23.90 - $44.40 Per Hour
