We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Intern to join our dynamic Manufacturing supervisor team. Location: Faribault, MN - in office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2026

What you will do:

• Shadow an Operations Supervisor and learn the day in a life of a Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment.
• Work on a continuous improvement projects.
• Collect, analyze, report daily production metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Operations, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year experience working with mechanical designs
• Exposure to using Excel formulas or programming
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of Statistics

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $21/hr - $24/hr. Thisrepresentsthe pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
