Job Overview: The Clerical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative and operational support within the Radiology department. This position requires advanced organizational skills the ability to oversee complex workflows and the aptitude to drive operational excellence. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clinical staff, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate billing, efficient scheduling, and registrations are in compliance with departmental standards. Key responsibilities include data analytics, staff training, and departmental operations, with a strong emphasis on optimizing the patient experience and supporting cardiac imaging professionals.
