Summary:

This role supports the delivery and ongoing improvement of training programs within Patient Access across the health system. The position partners with instructional designers, operational trainers and operational leaders to ensure new hires and current staff receive consistent, effective, and timely training. Core responsibilities include facilitating new hire training sessions, delivering both virtual and onsite learning opportunities, and providing ongoing refresher training and system upgrade support. Additional duties include updating training materials and procedural guides, conducting periodic onsite observations, responding to end-user questions, and assisting in the development of resources to support staff education. This position plays a key role in promoting training consistency, strengthening staff readiness, and contributing to operational excellence across the organization.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required.
  3. Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.
