Job Description:
We are looking for a Supplier Program Manager with expertise in managing the full lifecycle of a company's relationship with its technical suppliers. This involves ensuring that suppliers of complex, custom-engineered components (forging, machining, tooling and capital equipment) meet all technical, quality, and schedule requirements for a critical program.

Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the primary technical and programmatic liaison for suppliers, representing customer needs.
*Lead supplier management: sourcing, selection, qualification, and performance oversight.
*Ensure on-time, on-cost delivery of materials and subcontractor support.
*Conduct supplier site visits to mitigate risks and expedite parts.
*Drive regular supplier performance reviews.
*Manage program and supplier timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
*Partner with PMO to execute contracts and manage full program lifecycle.
*Create RFPs and SOWs for supplier engagements.
*Review proposals for lead times and technical compliance.
*Identify and mitigate supplier risks in quality, schedule, and performance.
*Implement risk plans to avoid shortages or disruptions.
*Lead RCCA for supplier issues and ensure resolution.
*Facilitate technical issue resolution between engineering and suppliers.
*Align supplier requirements with manufacturability in early design stages.
*Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI) for design compliance.
*Ensure supplier adherence to aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
*Ensure adherence to export/import regulations, such as ITAR and EAR, for controlled items.
