Alvaria is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead new product initiatives across our portfolio. This role will drive innovation in data strategy, API development, and compliance, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions in the contact center space. Experience with outbound and inbound interactions and orchestrating these workflows for compliance rich environments will be useful. This position will encompass a blend of strategic, technical, and analytical responsibilities. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and launch of innovative new products, with a strong focus on leveraging data and building robust API capabilities to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong execution skills.
