Alvaria is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead new product initiatives across our portfolio. This role will drive innovation in data strategy, API development, and compliance, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions in the contact center space.

Experience with outbound and inbound interactions and orchestrating these workflows for compliance rich environments will be useful. This position will encompass a blend of strategic, technical, and analytical responsibilities.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and launch of innovative new products, with a strong focus on leveraging data and building robust API capabilities to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong execution skills.

Critical Skills

Data Strategy & Management:

  • Enhance and execute the data strategy for new products, ensuring data collection, organization, and utilization align with business and platform objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key data sources and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

API First Approach:

  • Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap for API products, considering both internal and external developer needs.
  • Define API specifications, documentation, and developer experience to promote adoption and ease of use.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure API design, security, and performance meet industry standards.

New Product Development:

  • Collaborate cross functionally with dependent teams to execute against the roadmap and strategy for new product initiatives.
  • Possess or conduct market research, competitive analysis, to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new products.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to effectively manage the lifecycle of portfolio solutions.

Compliance & Regulatory framework:

  • Ensure requirements and functionality are designed for global, secure and compliance rich environments.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting the contact center industry and the markets we serve.

General Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong contact center acumen.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching new products.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and AHA is a plus.
