San Mateo, CA (hybrid) Remote considered* The Sr. Director, Consumer Engagement, is a key strategic role at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), responsible for working across the PlayStation portfolio to deliver player engagement and revenue by leading and transforming the integrated lifecycle & content marketing team that is directly responsible for content creation, channel management and contact strategy across PlayStation's owned channels (Web, Email, Mobile, and on-console). This collaborative and inspiring leader will be a key partner to PlayStation's product marketing, vertical marketing, and product teams, and work closely with SIE's e-commerce marketing team to deliver D2C business outcomes. Reporting to the global Vice President of Growth, Media, and Omnichannel Marketing, this individual will be responsible for a constantly evolving team in various global offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Together, we are on a mission to redefine owned channel marketing and its relationship to company growth and player engagement.
