Position Summary: Direct Supply is a healthcare technology company that provides industry-leading products, solutions, and platforms to improve the lives of seniors and their caregivers. In the Maintenance Technician II position, you'll have significant responsibility within our organization. You are entrusted with the upkeep of a diverse portfolio of properties, including over a dozen buildings, an onsite data center, a meeting hall designed for organizational engagement and a fitness facility. In this role, you will be tasked with the upkeep, repairs and preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and structural infrastructure, ensuring the longevity and functionality of our assets. As one of the primary points of contact for service requests, you will demonstrate your expertise and problem-solving skills on a daily basis. Skills Needed:

What You'll Do and Impact:
General maintenance: Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and appliances. Emergency response: Respond to utility outages, HVAC and control failures, and other emergency calls. On-call requirements may apply. Critical equipment oversight: Assist with the oversight and troubleshooting, as well as coordination of critical equipment including electrical distribution, controls, circuit breakers, automatic transfer switches, generators, automation controls, and HVAC equipment. Safety: Maintain a safe environment by removing snow and ice, patching sidewalks or parking lots, and following OSHA regulations. Event support: Complete setup and breakdowns of company-sponsored meetings and events. Campus duties: Perform miscellaneous campus duties such as hanging posters and signs, delivering coolers, executive carts, and partner accessories. Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment as well as outside under adverse conditions. Ability to walk outside 1 mile or more daily on paved walkways (to include in extreme weather). Ability to work primary shifts, with hours of 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. Availability to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to go up ladders 20 ft. tall Ability to use power tools on a frequent basis.
