The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading Milacron's global marketing strategy and execution. This includes branding, product marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, event management, and communications to support the company's business goals and strengthen market presence. This position plays a critical role in driving growth, innovation, and customer engagement across key markets. The Director of Marketing will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping Milacron's positioning in the market, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs, and leveraging digital innovation to strengthen global reach.

Essential/Key Functions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Lead brand positioning and messaging for Milacron's product portfolio.

  • Promote thought leadership by developing content and campaigns that reinforce Milacron's expertise in manufacturing and innovation

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

  • Oversee demand generation efforts across digital and traditional channels.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including marketing automation, pipeline development, and content strategy, to enhance customer engagement.

  • Support product launches through targeted go-to-market plans.

  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Ensure consistent global brand messaging and visual identity.

  • Direct planning and execution of trade shows and customer events.

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or B2B environments preferred.

  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and performance marketing in B2B contexts

  • Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team development.

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
