A Facility Assistant at SET Environmental is responsible to: Assist with the loading and unloading of containers, supplies, and equipment Operate material-handling equipment Maintain and organize waste, supplies, and assist in storage areas to ensure proper housekeeping Verify that all waste items in storage have accurate shipping documents and proper labels Work in various weather conditions Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary POSITION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Driver's License with good driving record that meets SET insurance requirements Forklift experience preferred Obtain and keep current all certifications/licenses required (forklift, 40 hour HAZWOPER) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to use basic hand tools Work safely and follow procedures Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively multi-task while managing workload Willingness to take on additional tasks on demand
