Compensation and Benefits Manager Location: Seattle, WA or Vancouver, Canada Absolute Software is seeking a strategic and data-driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to facilitate the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant practices across all geographies, while also managing the HRIS platform to maintain data integrity and enable insightful reporting. The pay range Seattle Metro Area (hybrid office/home) - range of US $100K - 140K Vancouver Metro Area (hybrid office/home) - range of CAD 90K - 130K Absolute's compensation program is based on regional market.
