Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a SailPoint Developer with our client in the IT service provider industry located in St. Paul, MN. This is a 8 month contract position. This role is 100% remote. Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Overview: Configure and develop SailPoint functionality to integrate applications, build workflow to facilitate user/entitlement certifications, user lifecycle management, identity governance, and provisioning via SailPoint identity engine. Key Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to configure and develop SailPoint functionality to integrate applications, build workflow to facilitate user/entitlement certifications, user lifecycle management, identity governance, and provisioning via SailPoint identity engine. * Design, develop & implement new features while continuously improving the quality of SunStream's SailPoint platform and IAM services. * Develop software using SunStream's DevSecOps pipeline practices.. * Engage with Customers and Application teams integrating their systems and applications with SailPoint. Validate and further develop repeatable application steps to onboard/integrate business applications and platforms with SailPoint efforts ) * Create & maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with internal customers including standard operating procedures/operational documentation. * Configure and integrate Entra and Okta components with SailPoint IdentityIQ to enable authentication capabilities unified with identity access management. * Develop SailPoint User Lifecycle management workflows o Implement SailPoint user provisioning functionality o Implement and support access certification functionality o Develop and configure mapping information for user provisioning * Provide technical support to internal team members and customers * Seek and maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming identity security technologies. Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field 3-5 years of related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Key Skill(s): Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, access reviews, and RBAC 1 or more years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIIQ Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta and cloud platforms Experience developing SailPoint connectors and APIs in Java Experience with CI/CD pipelines and managing configuration as code Familiarity with designing and implementing RBAC concepts in enterprise environments Understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks Working knowledge of Microsoft Productivity tools General project management skills and awareness of methodology Attention to detail, accuracy and quality Strong time and priority management skills Acting with Integrity Analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills Continuous improvement mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
