 Takeoff and estimate project sheet metal and roofing scopes. Eberhard scopes include waterproofing, roofing, air barrier, sheet metal flashing, architectural sheet metal, louvers, expansion joints, sunshades, metal panels, and metal roofing. Manage project development from initiation to closure, including costs, schedules, safety, and closeoutMonitor quality assurance and ensure all documents are archived following project completionWork with each client to outline the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timingDevelop, build, and maintain a strong and professional relationship with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and owners. Negotiate and manage project costs, and project budget schedulesPrepare submittals manage design and constructionCompile and process monthly progress billings administer change ordersTrack and report on project milestones and provide status to the contractorClearly communicate to team members and act as a mediator between stakeholders and the teamLead, coach, and motivate project team membersDevelop tools and best practices for estimating projects, project management and execution of contract work ***PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING***
