The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Specialist provides support to the HR operations manager and HRIS function for corporate services HR operations.The Specialist manages highly sensitive and confidential employee data and ensures accuracy, compliance, and security of records while also providing a key role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.The Specialist will process reporting needs, data mining, and data interpretation abilities combined with clear presentation methods to support HR initiatives and goals.The Specialist will process high volume data and PeopleSoft transactions as directed by HR operations manager and Corporate HR Operations leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years related experience required
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems required
  • Must possess advanced proficiency in Excel/reporting tools and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
  • PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the corporate HR operations team with all PeopleSoft and related technology needs inclusive of data entry, ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and management of employee records
  • Completes queries and reports using all related technology
  • Audits new hire records, physician onboarding and any approved compensation or other employee records changes
  • Active participant in all transfers inclusive of intrasystem, onboarding of external contractors, year-end transfers, and acquisitions
  • Analyzes workforce data to support strategic planning, compliance and other relevant decision making,
  • Handles highly sensitive HR data with accuracy, consistency and absolute discretion
  • Partners with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and positive employee experiences
  • Provides guidance and support to corporate services HR team
