Service Center Technician Mercy Customer Service Center 3rd shift: Sunday - Wednesday 12:00am-10:30am Primary Functions: Fulfill customer requests, resolve customer technical issues, and respond to customer questions in a timely manner to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the desktop computing environment. Typical activities include - Event Management; Service Request Fulfillment; Incident Management; Problem Management; Access Provisioning; Continual Service Improvement. Qualifications:
