Program Director of Foreign Military Sales

Scope: The position requires subject matter expertise in the areas of international training, FMS sales, engineering and logistics support, equipment integration and procurement, case development and execution, technology transfer and export control, and supporting strategic initiatives with regards to the assigned aircraft. The position will interface with the FMS

Partner Country for the assigned aircraft for all phases of the program, inclusive of fielding and support.

Responsibilities: Provides technical assistance, analytical, and program management support for the following areas:

• Assigned aircraft series performance envelope
• Assigned aircraft series capability development pathway
• Assigned aircraft series qualification data
• Assigned aircraft series short-term aircrew and maintainer training opportunities
• USG Support for Evaluation, Test, and Acceptance activities
• Assigned aircraft series safety hazard analysis
• Assigned aircraft series In-service support requirements
• USG security requirements for Information, Personnel, and Infrastructure
• Review of Partner Country cost models to support affordability argument of procuring assigned aircraft series aircraft
• Support Working Groups

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or related technical discipline or equivalent technical training or work experience.
• 10 years' experience working with military aviation.
