Job Summary The Driver plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous delivery of products to customers. This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, handling materials safely, and representing the organization with professionalism on every delivery. The Driver contributes to building and maintaining strong customer relationships by consistently demonstrating reliability, respect, and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner Assist warehouse personnel in preparing orders for delivery, including packaging, labeling, and sorting by route Transport returned items from customer locations back to the warehouse when required Assist with restocking shelves and organizing inventory as needed Interact with customers during deliveries, providing excellent service and representing the company positively Communicate relevant customer feedback or delivery issues to supervisors or team members Ensure compliance with all customer service and delivery requirements Obtain and maintain any required safety certifications for specific customer accounts Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures during deliveries and while operating company vehicles Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work areas Job Requirements Minimum age of 18 years required High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI convictions within the past 3 years and no more than two moving violations within the past 3 years) Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds safely Ability to multitask and work efficiently under limited supervision Willingness to comply with all safety and operational procedures Additional Job Details Schedule: Full-time position; overtime or weekend hours may be required based on business needs Work Environment: Warehouse and on-road delivery settings Must adhere to all company and customer safety standards and requirements
