Registered Nurse (RN)- OR

This position is for a full-time RN 40 hours 5 days 7am-3:30pm. Shift is variable based on the department needs. Call is required with this position, weekday, weekend, and holiday call. Call is typically once a week and 1 weekend 24 hours either a Sat or a Sun every 6 weeks, and 1 holiday call a year.

A Brief Overview

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
