Manager Stations Accounting Overview: The Manager, Stations Accounting is a key leader within the Company's accounting team that is responsible for ensuring that the Company's station-related costs (fuel, ground handling, airport fees, etc.) are properly approved and accounted for, that the corresponding vendors are paid in accordance with contractual terms, and month-end accruals are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. These responsibilities also include leading a team of staff accountants to ensure that tasks and objectives are successfully accomplished and adhere to SOX compliant policies and controls. Compensation: $85,000-105,000. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role. Classification: Full-time, Exempt Working Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN Supervisory Responsibility: The Stations Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the Stations Accounting team, which consists of staff accountants. This role is also responsible for team and individual training, preparing annual performance reviews for the individual team members, as well as identifying and assisting with hiring needs (as necessary). Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
