 Acara Solutions is hiring multiple Equipment Maintenance Technicians for our client in Tolleson, AZ Pay: From $26-35/hr Hourly DOE  Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire  Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule) 12 hour rotating shifts available:  
  A shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm B shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am C shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm D shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am Please note, to be hired, you must pass a background check.  The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repair and installation tasks on various equipment, machinery, and facilities within a designated area. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. The Equipment Technician works under minimal supervision, often collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all systems and equipment. Duties and responsibilities: 
  Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdownDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiencyPerform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipmentRespond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and severityUtilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutionsInstall, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement diagnose mechanical, electrical problems and implement appropriate solutions to address them effectivelyCollaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installationsRepair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality and ensure operational efficienciesOperate hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, safely and proficiently during maintenance activitiesDocument maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance or upgradesAdhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to property during maintenance operationsCollaborate with other team members, including supervisor, technicians to coordinate maintenance efforts and achieve departmental goalsRequired Skills / Qualifications: 
  2+ years of experience with strong problem-solving skills, preferably honed in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with multiple priorities Preferred Skills / Qualifications: 
  Proven experience in maintenance, repair or facilities, management, preferably in an industrial or commercial settingProficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electricalFamiliarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance techniquesStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines accuratelyEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and communicate maintenance updates or issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, equipment, or maintenance procedures as requiredPhysical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift objects and work in various environmental conditions Additional information: Working conditions:
