 One year of clinical mental health experienceMaster's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited programA valid, unrestricted license issued by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a:

 Complete bio-psychosocial assessments, suicide risk assessments, and other clinical forms as required under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professionalProvide individual and group psycho-education and crisis intervention services under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professionalCoordinate with the multi-disciplinary team regarding patient careDevelop and coordinate patient discharge/re-entry plansObtain relevant treatment records and coordinate care with family members, community providers, and others relevant to the patient's care and community re-entry planMaintain and update a list of community resources to support the patient's transition and re-entry back to the community, including civil commitment procedures, RBHA services, and criminal justice processes Working Conditions
