| The Controls Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust production and business processes to ensure optimal equipment functionality, safety, throughput, and quality. This role focuses on enhancing equipment performance and reliability through proactive process improvements, preventive measures, and effective troubleshooting of automation systems. The Controls Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support current production needs while driving continuous improvement initiatives for future projects.
