Security Officer - Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. In this primarily driving post, you will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report security-related observations, incidents and/or hazards according to company and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other personnel to address security-related needs within the location.
• Maintain visibility and presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide support to tenants, visitors and employees as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
