Our mission: to anticipate and meet the ever-evolving needs of publishers, streamlining their workflows, surfacing actionable insights that maximize their potential, and unlock demand opportunities in an increasingly complex market.As a Principal Product Manager - AI Monetization, you will be responsible for the product management strategy for Microsoft Monetize, focusing on developing and evolving AI-powered solutions that address publishers' most pressing challenges. You'll shape the next generation of productivity tools, integrating advanced machine learning and conversational AI to help publishers gain deeper insights, resolve issues proactively, and optimize their monetization strategies.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. ResponsibilitiesDrive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Microsoft Monetize AI-powered features, focusing on publisher productivity and demand optimization.Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to define, build, and launch new AI tools for workflow optimization, performance and targeting insights, troubleshooting automation, and demand generation.Lead usability reviews and collect publisher feedback to ensure seamless integration of AI features and continual improvement of user experience.Develop and execute go-to-market and customer adoption plans, including presentations at industry events and creation of support resources for publisher success.Monitor performance metrics, analyze usage data, and form hypotheses to guide product enhancements and identify new opportunities for AI-driven monetization.Manage customer communities, build trust with key publishers, and act as an advocate for their needs within Microsoft.Identify features for deprecation, oversee change management, and ensure smooth transitions across the platform ecosystem. | |
